“Buddhism mainly focuses on preaching to all the Living Creatures to reach the True Belief, because they are immersed in fanaticism. Fanaticism will lead their minds into delusion and confusion. As soon as they attain True Belief, their minds will be clear of confusion and delusion. For that reason, Buddhism teaches Living Creatures how to eliminate delusion and confusion in their mind to reach enlightenment.” TV

The way of Buddha Practice, as suggested by Buddhism, encompasses numerous ways and Dharma subjects. All of them are possible, provided that the True Buddhist believers will carry out and achieve their objective in proportion to their Merit and abilities by matching with their will and aspiration, as well as their belief.
The practitioners who have an open-minded spirit and determined vow to achieve their objective of reaching Liberation through Wisdom by KNOWING-SEEING, must follow and practice with clear and superior Guiding Principles, following the paths of an “Enlightened Well-known and Intimate Leader”, or from an “Original Religion” Then, only when the above-mentioned requirements are met, they can be integrally satisfied. Otherwise, it's very difficult for them to achieve.
Regarding the religion of the PHAP TANG of the LONG HOA HIGHNESS ASSEMBLY, the Principle Doctrine of PHAP TANG has a Definite Doctrine and Superior Guidelines to help the True Buddhist Disciples in seeking a right religion. The True Buddhists must carry out the three following requirements: VIRTUE, DOCTRINE, and MEDITATION
These three requirements instruct the True Buddhist Disciples in establishing, sustaining, and harmonizing them in order to reach The Liberation Through Wisdom by Knowing-Seeing.
What if, among these three above requirements, the practitioners pay attention only to the basis of VIRTUE and yet pay little attention to the preaching of the Doctrines, or sometimes prevent themselves from listening to it, or have a perception to compare DOCTRINE with VIRTUE. They would possibly assume that DOCTRINE is much less important than the VIRTUE. As a result, assuming that they really achieve the VIRTUE, they will receive the Blessed Reward of Men and Devas, at most, but would not yet attain The Liberation Through Wisdom by Knowing-Seeing.
Inversely, The True Buddhist Disciples are focusing more on studying Sutras or often listening to the DOCTRINE, which teaches them how to eliminate the barriers of Attachment to clear and empty their Mind to reach into the state of Self-contented and Fearless. Nonetheless, they do not make any effort to cultivate their own VIRTUE, because, in time, it will become their own Obstruction since their understanding (coming from reading Sutras and listening to the DOCTRINE) will manifest itself to prevent them from cultivating the basic foundation of VIRTUE. Intentionally or not, that Obstruction is preventing them from creating their own VIRTUE. Therefore, their Wisdom becomes vague and leads into 'Self-Ego'. First, they will fall into The Impurity state. Second, since they constantly interface with the Common Man, they will become more arrogant, and then will foolishly act like someone who tries to cook grit stone, expecting it to become cooked rice.
However, if the practitioners who seek for the True Dharma had achieved two of the main elements, VIRTUE and DOCTRINE, but neglected the practice of MEDITATION, Then, the VIRTUE and the DOCTRINE once achieved are not yet completed. Why?
They have not yet fully comprehended the movement of the TATHAGATA STORE to observe it closely and to harmonize themself with its motion in the Universe in order to completely utilize the True Principle (Truth). As they do not fully comprehend and have not yet decided, how can they fully achieve their objective? That's why they are often doubtful and take the path of True Falseness and False Truth of the Second vehicle of Dharma Form. They are confused about the Realms of Three Thousand Worlds and dream about Fairies and Saints, which leads to distrusting themselves and disbelief in their own knowledge. Then, consequently, they carelessly and baselessly reason, holding that everything is just a Hypothesis. This is why they are seeking for the Reality as the temporary Ultimate Truth, and then they take that dream and illusion as their own basis of life. Let's ask if they do not, and can not, comprehend, then how can they ever reach the Enlightenment?
On the other hand, the Practitioners, who neither fully understand the DOCTRINE, nor cultivate the foundation of VIRTUE, presume that MEDITATION is the only way of practicing. They conceive that Meditation practice is the only way to reach Enlightenment, which is extremely dangerous and harmful. Why?
MEDITATION manifests itself to its nature of Permanent Proceedings and Permanent Transformation. Furthermore, it proceeds in proportion to one's Wisdom and Desire. This is why the Meditation practitioners will become more fanatic about their own practice. The Meditation practitioners may see and hear the Heaven Realm, Heaven Music, and Fairies' or Devils' voices as if they are watching television. If the Meditation practitioners do not understand that their Mind creates the Scenery (Situation) and their Body assimilates into that Universe of Three Thousand Worlds, then, they will definitely accept it and proclaim themself as Buddha, Saint, and Fairy. For that reason, they become more arrogant and lose their minds, which is extremely harmful. There is no difference between a person who practices Meditation without any understanding of its principle and a person who does not know the properties of the drugs, and yet still takes them without any hesitation.
The above paragraph mentioned that the manner of transformation and proceedings of one's mind in practicing MEDITATION is very harmful, but it is very useful to the Meditation practitioners who fully understand the True Principle (Truth) of the Buddha Dharma, because it will bring about the presence of the MIND and BODY that are assimilating into the Universe through all the Spheres for the awareness in order for them to confirming their own Devoutness. It will give the Meditation practitioners more confidence in the True Principle (Truth). They will be fully aware of how the Universe of Three Thousands Worlds and Three Thousand Great Thousands Worlds are created. So as the Attested Practitioners understand without being confused and deluded as they recognize their 'ONE' form (being reached in an undivided state, being anchored in a calm and quiet state) in order to obtain the Liberation through Wisdom by Knowing-Seeing. For that reason, the Meditation Practitioners must be adequately equipped, themselves, with the three following elements: VIRTUE, DOCTRINE, and MEDITATION
BASED ON WHAT SUPERIOR GUIDELINES Is The PHAP TANG BUDDHIST ESTABLISHED?
PHAP TANG is founded, and established its Supremacy, based on the execution of The Foundation of TATHAGATA STORE, called PHAP TANG RELIGION, also known as THE LONG HOA HIGHNESS ASSEMBLY. For example, the Pure Land Sect, which executes Perfect Purity and accepts PURITY as its objective, and SALVATION as its establishing Superior DOCTRINE, is named THE PURE LAND SECT (whose chief tenet is salvation by faith in Amitabha Buddha).
All the Sects follow the BUDDHA Superior Doctrines to establish their foundation, and rely on BUDDHA Principles for preaching. More than ever, they depend on the acquirements of the Patriarchs, but they still heavily depend on Buddha Teachings for the creation of their own RELIGIONS. They aim at having a clear and authentic fundamental to lead their Faithful Buddhist Believers to reach their objective of LIBERATION THROUGH WISDOM BY KNOWING-SEEING.
PHAP TANG of the LONG HOA HIGHNESS ASSEMBLY refers to the Superior Doctrines of BUDDHA to take their True Buddhist Believers to reach their objectives. The main duty of the True Buddhist Believers is to HAVE and to MAINTAIN their BELIEF - OBEDIENCE - RESPECT in their leader, and make the Bodhi Vow to obtain the Wonderful Bodhi in order to fulfill the present Liberation through Wisdom by Knowing-Seeing. Due to the Superior Doctrines and the efficiency objective, the PHAP TANG Religion of the LONG HOA HIGHNESS ASSEMBLY had announced, and respectfully beseeched, the presence of THREE PERIODS OF BUDDHA to attest the Quality of Highest Merits, and the Devoutness of the True Buddhist Believers at this Eastern Salvation Period. This is fruitful, based on their own achievements in practicing for the objective of reaching the Liberation Through Wisdom by Knowing-Seeing. For that reason, it is called THE UNIQUENESS AND SUPREMACY OF PHAP TANG.
THE UNIQUENESS AND SUPREMACY OF PHAP TANG is blessed from The Three Periods of Buddha. For that reason, The Vow of Blessing All Living Creatures will preach the entire practice of the FOUR VEHICLES: Small, Great, Unique, to the Supreme Vehicle. Therefore:
WORSHIP: The BUDDHA BHAISAJYAGURU GEM HALO TATHAGATA, representing for The ENLIGHTENMENT in this lifetime.
RELIGION SYMBOL: PHAP TANG OF BIKKHU AMITABHA, representing for The UNIQUE SUPREMACY.
DOCTRINE: From THE SUPREME SAKYAMUNI BUDDHA Guidelines.
THE UNIQUENESS AND SUPREMACY OF PHAP TANG of LONG HOA HIGHNESS ASSEMBLY comprises twelve Sects, pertaining to the TATHAGATA STORE, which is called BUDDHA NATURE. The BUDDHA NATURE exists on all the castes, and is called ORIGINAL CHARACTER or GOOD NATURE. On that account, it is easy to CULTIVATE the foundation of VIRTUE, as well as to listen, read, and understands DOCTRINES, and to practice MEDITATION. VIRTUE is the first step to gradually reach the objective of the Liberation through Wisdom by Knowing-Seeing.
THE SUPERIOR GUIDELINES AND OBJECTIVES OF PHAP TANG RELIGION and THE LONG HOA HIGHNESS ASSEMBLY
WHAT ARE THE NECESSITIES FOR THE TRUE BUDDHIST?
At the beginning stage, the True Buddhist must practice Meditation regularly, examine oneself, release one's own obstructing attachment and bad habits, and correct one's own character to cultivate one's own VIRTUE, which is the dissolution of Ignorance. If the practitioners do not meet the previous conditions, even with praying to BUDDHA for one hundred lifetimes, they have not obtained a day of practice.
Practitioners must BELIEVE in the Doctrines as well as their Religion in which they practice, and then they would reach the present Enlightenment. They must confide in the CHIEF MONK'S Guidance and execute it obediently in order to achieve the result of the Liberation Through Wisdom by Knowing-Seeing. The practitioners must discard all the worldly malicious wisdom, instead of concentrating on the genuine and sincere wisdom of the BUDDHA and HOLINESS. Such achievement is known as AWAKENING.
The practitioners must practice Conduct according to BUDDHA-truth. They must implement:
COMPASSION-WISDOM-COURAGE,
SPHERE-CONCENTRATION-WISDOM,
FOUR ALL-EMBRACING VIRTUES,
and SIX PARAMITAS
These will enable their CORRESPONDING BODY AND DHARMA BODY to acquire the Truth. They should not put too much emphasis on the pitiful behavior of common people, but rather concentrate on the way of practice.
The PHAP TANG RELIGION of the LONG HOA HIGHNESS ASSEMBLY strictly refers to the ANCIENT TRADITION and SUPERIOR DOCTRINES and fully explains the state of SUTRAS, DISCIPLINES, and COMMENTARIES in its DOCTRINE, in order to clarify the religion's Dharma, which basically focuses on dissolving ATTACHMENT and eliminating DELUSION to nourish the Body, Speech, and Thought in the ascendant way of practice for the objective of reaching The Liberation Through Wisdom by Knowing-Seeing.

DECLARATION:
THE UNIQUENESS AND SUPERIORITY OF THE PHAP TANG.
The Unique Supreme of PHAP TANG, second to none, is the unique essence Without Beginning and Ending continuously, and is uniformly contained by THREE BUDDHAS, whose names started with the letter A as follows:
ADI Ancient BUDDHA,
AMITABHA BUDDHA,
AJITA BUDDHA (Maitreya BUDDHA),
Who preside and are in command, collectively called The UNIQUE SUPREME CHIEF OF THE TATHAGATA STORE.
Executing at this very epoch, the Honorable and Sacred TINH VUONG SUPREME PURE KING BUDDHA assumes the position as FOUNDER of the Unique Supreme PHAP TANG. The Incarnation of the TINH VUONG SUPREME PURE KING CHIEF MONK (MAITREYA BUDDHA) is also known as the BODHISATTVA SALVATION PATH, a Unique way that blends the Practical Application to Wonderful Application of Salvation to bless all present Living Creatures, achieving the Liberation through Wisdom by Knowing and Seeing in this lifetime. Thus, they unanimously appear to correspond with the Entire implementation of the EXISTENCE and NON-EXISTENCE all over the Universe of Non-Resistance, called the Corresponding Body of BODHISATTVA BUDDHA.
Since the Unique Supreme of PHAP TANG starts Without Beginning and Without Ending, with Immeasurable Longevities and Incalculable Integrities, which are impossible to evaluate and account. Hence, the Blessing and Salvation of all the TATHAGATA BUDDHAS, the MAHAVAIROCANA TATHAGATA BUDDHA, and other BUDDHAS, along with all the ranked BODHISATTVAS in an 'Immeasurable, Countless and Infinites' way to all Living Creatures, which are hard to reflect upon and difficult to imagine. Nevertheless, every rank of BODHISATTVAS at different levels is restlessly and continuously working toward the Unique Supreme of PHAP TANG as follows:
THE UNIQUE SUPREME TATHAGATA attests:
The MAHAVAIROCANA TATHAGATA BUDDHA is, at times, consistent with the TATHAGATA. At other times, He assimilates with BUDDHAS, reconciles, and contains the Appearances of:
- FORM and FORMLESSNESS,
- SOUND and SOUNDLESSNESS,
- FRAGRANCE and FRAGRANCELESSNESS,
- SAVOR and SAVORLESSNESS,
- INTERACTION and INTERACTIONLESSNESS,
- And All PURE LANDS,
- BLESSED LANDS,
- EXISTENCE NIRVANA
- Or NON-EXISTENCE NIRVANA
- To THE PARI-NIRVANA.
All these secret motions are confidentially kept by Him, from His Supernatural Powers to all His Samadhi Powers through ENLIGHTENMENT.
When does HE promulgate His Appearances?
When the BODHISATTVA acquires the confirmation of BUDDHA, and when the UNIQUE SUPREME TATHAGATA attests completely. From the Supernatural Powers to the Samadhi Powers, through all Appearances to the Completed Emancipation of Trikayas (Threefold body or Nature of a BUDDHA) are difficult to explain and hard to discuss.
HE continuously and relentlessly supplies the eternity to all the Worlds, Spheres, and to each of tiny movements that exists. From one place, HE can transform a world or Millions of Million World of Defilements into PURE LAND or BLESSED LAND in an Instant of Time.
HE also preserves the MIND-SEAL and SECRET-SEAL; therefore, He is hard to explain and unthinkable to discuss.
THE MAHAVAIROCANA TATHAGATA BUDDHA is difficult to put into words. All Living Creatures limitlessly praise and respectfully worship the Almighty and His Ultimate Accomplished Wonderful Sound.
It is the responsibility of all BUDDHAS to CONFIRM, GUIDE, and SAVE the BODHISATTVAS.
The BUDDHAS guide all the BODHISATTVAS on how to obtain the fruitful BUDDHAHOOD and confirm the Bodhisattvas by channeling all the BODHISATTVAS on the path of Conducted Vow, showing them how to obtain the Five Kinds of Visions, Six Supernatural Powers, Trikayas (Three fold bodies or nature of a BUDDHA), and Four Wisdoms of BUDDHA to integrally becoming BUDDHA.
As for the BODHISATTVAS, they Confide in the Conducted Vow in order to acquire all Dharmas and the True Principles (Truth) of the Buddha Teachings to obtain the Acquirement.
The BODHISATTVAS bless and save all the Living Creatures with the Conducted Vowing path of Six Paramitas to infiltrate into the Dharma Sphere and achieve the Prajna Mind in order to obtain the Fearless Wisdom. The Virtue-Conduct corresponds to its Body in a 'determined and relentless' way to go from EXISTENCE to NON-EXISTENCE, uniquely and completely reaching the Liberation through Wisdom by Knowing-Seeing.
DURING THE GUIDING PERIOD OF BUDDHAS:
At what period does BUDDHA guide and bless all Living Creatures and BODHISATTVAS?
When BUDDHA descends to this world, the BODHISATTVA Appearance has not yet displayed its form. Therefore, BUDDHA has to combine his Practical and Wonderful Application into one form, which is called the BODHISATTVA-BUDDHA. Until Living Creatures acquire Dharma or are enlightened, then BUDDHA transforms and manifests them into a higher level, called the Destructed Dharma in order for Living Creatures to reveal their Appearance. This period is known as BUDDHA guiding and blessing BODHISATTVAS.
Through this period, whether BODHISATTVA completely or incompletely embodies, then BUDDHA will implement the Purity and Impurity, and Favorable-Adversity with determination to guide all BODHISATTVAS to overcome those obstacles that entangle in their polluted and incorrigible Body and Mind, starting within their own Reasoning and Actions, which go from Inequality to Equality, from Incompletion to Completion, and from Being Unattained to reach Attainment in order to completely transform themselves to become BUDDHA.
Therefore, the Buddhas' guidance is unthinkable and difficult to discuss. Why?
BUDDHA manipulates all Dharmas without any omission. Even the BODHISATTVAS have never been able to recognize or comprehend, so how can Living Creatures understand Buddhas' guidance and blessing? But it will increase the endurance of BODHISATTVAS' merits and energy to progress forward to sufficiently obtain of TATHAGATA STORE in order to completely reach the PARI-NIRVANA.
The Guiding and Blessing of BUDDHA is only known between BUDDHA and BUDDHA. BUDDHA guides each levels of BODHISATTVAS differently, depending on their Acceptance of being attached by Purity or Righteousness. The reason why BUDDHA uses that approach is to help the BODHISATTVA Mind explicitly realize it without any discrimination and fully comprehend between the “Purity and Impurity” to the “Favorable and Adversity” forms to implement them into their practices in order to achieve BUDDHAHOOD.
On account of the BODHISATTVA rank or the Dharma-acquiring rank remains at a standstill in the “Nothingness”, along with their Wisdom, Language, and Writing as his own Acquirement. Therefore, BUDDHA has to guide and save by manifesting all the Dharmas, rendering BODHISATTVAS from doubting their own attachment to eliminating those doubtful attachments without any hindrance and hesitation in the Seeing of the Enlightened, Pure Vision to fully comprehend and abandon their own Language and Writing in order to acquire Prajna Mind and become BUDDHA.
The Guiding and Blessing of BUDDHA are considered 'Cruel' by most doubtful Living Creatures. The Buddhas' guidance creates doubts in the BODHISATTVA mind by manifesting “Unfavorable” Dharmas. But whether 'Cruel' or 'Unfavorable', which is unthinkable to discuss, even the BODHISATTVAS have not yet been able to discern those Immeasurable Guidance and Immensely Wonderful Applications. Then how can secular people understand it? On account of BODHISATTVAS, who are at a standstill and being attached, BUDDHAS have to bless and save BODHISATTVAS by such a method in order for them to obtain the Recommendation and the Attestation of TATHAGATA.
The BODHISATTVAS still doubt and hesitate, and do not fully realize the Purity and Impurity, the effect and the formation of Dharmas, the obstructive Wisdom, or the hesitated Dharma-Form. The BODHISATTVAS, who, with the Self-contented Wisdom, have not yet meticulously comprehended the Right-Wrong, and then often being Obstructed, dream of Nirvana. They apply themselves into a state of Fixed-Thought, Permanent Thought, or Separated Thought by completely using the Nothingness Dharma as an Ultimate End, or the BODHISATTVAS thoroughly penetrate the state of Self-contented and Fearless by eliminating doubt, relativity, and Intentional Speech, and by exiting in order just to keep their Own Thought. Thus, BODHISATTVAS do not yet realize the motions of the Dharma Nature, and do not understand the Permanent Nature. Then how can BODHISATTVAS fully comprehend the Wonderful Nature of Nirvana? Such a BODHISATTVA imitates the Blessing and Salvation of BUDDHA as a practical use to create an Unfavorable Action, which is extremely dangerous.
As far as BUDDHA is concerned, all BUDDHA words are purely MIND OPENING and should never be considered Preachment, because BUDDHA only wants to OPEN-MIND to all BODHISATTVAS and guide them toward BUDDHAHOOD. BODHISATTVAS must realize these as the Golden Words and praise the Golden-Body Udumbara, which is hard to meet, then immediately attest the TATHAGATA-STORE. Regardless of what method that BUDDHA utilizes or meticulously distinguishes, His words are Unique and Supreme, and when The BODHISATTVAS know that they have immediately acquired the most Essential Seed-Knowledge.
It is extremely difficult to meet BUDDHA when He descends to this world, and to believe in The PHAP TANG Unique Supremacy is really hard to discuss. If the BODHISATTVA strongly believes in it, then apparently it is impossible for the BODHISATTVA to discuss the immeasurable and uncountable Offerings of the Three Periods (Past, Future, Present) of the TATHAGATA-STORE.
If there is a BODHISATTVA who practices all the conducts in the real world (meaning different from the conventional belief about Buddhism), either from the Eastern to Western world, or from the Southern to Northern world, he has successfully accomplished The Perfect Understanding Wisdom. But if those practitioners do, or do not, hear about The PHAP TANG Unique Supremacy, but are currently carrying out the Wonderful Application of BODHISATTVA-BUDDHA, they are, afterward, ready to appear as BODHISATTVA to the FOUR KINDS OF SAINTS. Then, they proclaim that they acquired the True Principle (Truth) and become BUDDHA. Even if these practitioners really acquire or become BUDDHA, but do not know the need for their Attestation from The Unique Supreme, and do not confide in that Attestation, the practitioners are self-reliant and self-satisfied. Hence, these practitioners do not completely achieve their Objective in order to enter the PARI-NIRVANA.
Why?
They have not obtained the Confirmation and the Attestation from The Unique Supreme. So how could they be attested by The Unique Supreme of TATHAGATA? Since they do not yet obtain the Attestation, then how can the GREAT MAHAVAIROCANA TATHAGATA BUDDHA grant them the Appearance of the MAHANIRVANA? For that reason, they must use the Fixed-Thought, and by using Fixed-Thought, they still immerse in the cycle of Birth and Death, which is the first important damaging point.
Some BODHISATTVAS preach exactly as BUDDHA, but they do not know how to show the direction for Living Creatures, or do not quite know the effectiveness of the Dharma Speech. Because Living Creatures do not know how to reduce their Karma Defilement and their Greed-Hatred-Ignorance as often as they abide to the obstinacy. Therefore, those preaching do not bring them any profit as they listen. Instead, it will induce and increase their ambition, which only intensifies the greedy, illusory fetter. Those BODHISATTVA actions are unintentionally. They do not know the serious damages since they are erroneously giving the Living Creatures a poisonous drink, which negatively praises them or interrupts their BUDDHAHOOD. Since those BODHISATTVAS are disorientated, they will lose their Conduct, and will have circled around the “Six Ways” to save their preaching error, which is the second damaging point.
As the BODHISATTVAS realize that Living Creatures are confused, on account of Deluded Attachment, they will have to teach the Living Creatures to practice how to eliminate that Attachment. As the Living Creatures confide in the BODHISATTVAS' explanation for the elimination of Attachment, they will, more or less, get rid of some of their errors and confusion. As a result, Living Creatures are happy and embrace trying to eliminate Attachments. Consequently, they internally nourish their increasing 'Self', thinking that they will soon become BUDDHA. Because of such confusion already created in the Living Creatures' mind, as If they reach Awakening, then they will IMMEDIATELY become BUDDHA. Therefore, those Living Creatures look upon the Virtue and Conducts that they Endure along the path as Dharma Attachment, learning how to penetrate the Dharma Sphere as Dharma Attachment, including the Conducted Vow, which initiating their Bodhi-Mind is also considered a Dharma Attachment. Even any language and any writing are also considered Dharma Attachments. In reality, Living Creatures do not understand them at all; they just apply those teachings and speak senselessly like a machine, and arrogantly think of BUDDHA and TATHAGATTA Principles as their own preaching theories. They don't expect that BUDDHAHOOD is The Complete and Direct Retribution of the Threefold Body or Nature of a Buddha as they determinedly and relentlessly think that they are reaching onto the Unique Pari-Nirvana. That is the third damaging point.
BODHISATTVAS just understand, and then quickly accept their knowledge. As they just comprehend, they think that they obtain Acquirement. Since the BODHISATTVAS just realize the Meaning of the 'No-Rebirth' (immortal) state, they do not yet fully understand the Meaning of the 'No-Rebirth' (immortal) state. However, they fully understand that the Mind is pointless and all the Dharmas are caused from the Mind-Producing. But still, they do not fully comprehend what the Mind is. And how does the Original Essence of the Mind work? Therefore, as they practice Conduct-Vow, they criticize this Dharma while praising another Dharma, and show indifference to become a clear and unclear Mind. They are happy when they achieve something and sad when they lose it. As a result, they are totally confused by the Mind-Producing Dharma. BODHISATTVAS may read Sutras and understand their meaning of “determination and relentlessness”, or that completion is the state of Nirvana or Trikayas (Threefold bodies or Nature of a BUDDHA), Four Wisdom of BUDDHA, Five Kinds of Vision, Six Supernatural Powers, along with Mindless Nirvana to reach the “Full Completion”. That's why they hastily accept “Fixed-Thought” and “Illusory-Thought”, and arrogantly assume that they have Acquired from their readings without any practicing, which is the fourth damaging point.
Furthermore, the BODHISATTVAS use their present knowledge or their own direction and apply it to their preaching about different Spheres to the Living Creatures, but the BODHISATTVAS do not yet fully realize them. BODHISATTVAS, in their “Fixed-Thought”, use the Heavenly Form that they so badly wanted, and preach talk about it. The Living Creatures are pleased as they listen to it, and then praise the BODHISATTVAS, who exaggerate too much, which leads the Living Creatures to become more fanatic about those preaching. As a result, those BODHISATTVAS are also subjected to the False Form. It is useless when the Living Creatures follow the fanatic approach. Their mind will get bored, thus they will withdraw from BODHISATTVAHOOD and eradicate themselves from BUDDHAHOOD, which is the fifth damaging point.
The BODHISATTVAS, on account of the Living Creatures, tell them to discard defective natures, and impediment karma such as Greed-Hatred-Ignorance. They talk about Predestined Cause and speak of all the benefits of the 'Knowing-Seeing' Wisdom. They also speak of the danger of Greed-Lust and the hazard of a narrow-mind. These help the Living Creatures to hear, acquire, and initiate the Bodhi-Mind, as well as seek for The LIBERATION THROUGH WISDOM BY KNOWING-SEEING (the knowledge and experience of Nirvana).
Before preaching Dharma, the BODHISATTVAS, on account of Living Creatures, have to, somewhat, please them or go along with them, and then gradually take them to the Nature Enlightenment path to help them reach the state of grace and elegant Virtue Conduct and Language without interrupting BUDDHAHOOD or having doubt in the Triple Gems. It will produce an environment in which the Living Creatures will live in perfect harmony within themselves. All is due to the BODHISATTVAS who preach so well and wonderfully practice their BODHISATTVAHOOD.
The BODHISATTVAS must refer to the Sutras to fully comprehend their meanings. They should preach Dharmas to the Living Creatures so they truly comprehend them. On the other hand, they must not refer only to the Sutras without fully comprehending their meanings. When they teach Living Creatures about Dharma, they should not just know it by heart without comprehending its meaning. Otherwise, they will become Being Known. They must preach to the Living Creatures so they will completely comprehend the meanings of “Impurity Karma”, and to fully understand “Purity Karma” (outside of the stream of transmigratory suffering). As they truly comprehend the meaning of the “Impurity and Purity Karma”, then they should not weigh too much on “Impurity”, just as they should not attach themselves too much on “Purity”. Furthermore, they should not be interrupted because of the “Impurity” and abandon because of the “Purity”, which BODHISATTVAS carefully and cleverly Offer to the Triple Gems to guide the Living Creatures into the state of “Neither take nor leave Dharma”.
How should the Living Creatures, who seek for the Liberation through Wisdom by achieving the Appearance of BODHISATTVA, practice?
The Living Creatures with the one-pointed mind practice for the effective result must follow, based on Virtue-Speech-Conduct, Compassion-Wisdom-Courage, and Sphere-Meditation-Wisdom. They must also implement Six Paramitas and the Four All-Embracing Virtues Dharma, as well as initiate the Bodhi-mind with the vow to overcome three barriers of attachment:
Interruption-Differentiation-Termination
WHAT IS INTERRUPTION?
Living Creatures often have doubt and accept their own doubtful thoughts to abandon their practice. Living Creatures crave the Seeking, Knowledge, and Fanaticism, and then accept them as an attachment for leaving the practice. The Living Creatures who obtain some knowledge and hastily assume that they are acquired. They often do not confide in Dharma, as they use it as pure argument and reason to abandon their practice, along with everything that goes against their foolish wishes. This incitation to abandon the practice is called: Interruption.
WHAT IS DIFFERENTIATION-TERMINATION?
Since Living Creatures are immersed in confusion and illusion, their Body and Mind of the Dharma Sphere contains obstructing impediments, and will produce foolish wishes, which wildly command them. For that reason, they are labeled as Living Creatures, but if they meticulously know them in detail and try to eliminate them, then immediately they will embody as BODHISATTVA or BUDDHA without limitation.
When practicing seeking for the embodiment, the Differentiation and Termination Dharmas will make it difficult for the Living Creatures to listen to the Buddha Dharma, and they will find it difficult to understand the salvation of the 'Enlightened Well-known and Intimate Leader'. It will bring doubt to the Living Creatures to Be Attached. Therefore, they will assume that everything concerning them is right, which will ultimately lead them into the Differentiation and Termination path.
The Living Creatures must determinedly make up their minds to believe in Belief-Obedience-Respect, to listen to the teachings and guidance, to regularly control, dissolve doubtful attachments, and to fully comprehend as they reach Enlightenment. Otherwise, it would be very difficult to overcome the path of Interruption- Differentiation- Termination, making it hard for them to achieve the Embodiment.
Depending on the Accepted Attachment level of each Living Creature, the Separation- Differentiation-Termination Dharma will try to obstruct them in different and separate ways. The higher the practitioner's level, the more difficult it is for them to protect themselves from the Separation-Differentiation-Termination Dharma, which can transform itself into various forms. Most, if not all the time, it could be very subtle or fine to be attached, or it could be very sophisticated to be entangled, and that is the Barrier without an escape route.

Lord Supreme Maitreya already knows that all these catastrophes currently happen in this universe, and are the proceeding scenes of the Dharma-ending period. Therefore, He is still peacefully observing it as the complete awareness radiation of the Amitabha Buddha.

“It is an extreme and difficult task to achieve building the Principle Doctrine of Buddha”
Lenin, the Soviet Union communist party leader, said that Religion is Heroin. The environment that Lord Maitreya is working on at that time is extremely difficult because the Communist Regime wants to destroy all forms of Religion that exist in Vietnam. They impose very tight control over the people by putting and assigning Police and Secret Police at every stage of people's lives. But, Lord Supreme Maitreya carefully manifests every situation to continue His Preaching of Buddhism, so it can prosper in this extreme and difficult time. The Communists only allow monks who work for them to practice Buddhism in the Temple under close supervision, but He was always able to find ways to continue preaching the Principle Doctrines of Buddhism to all True Buddhists.

He chooses to be reincarnated right in a heart of the communist country during the toughest time (being considered as hell on earth at that time) for the salvation and to find the way to reopen all religious practices in the communist countries to prevent them from discontinuing practicing

While the Eastern and Western Worlds are preparing for World War III (nuclear war) in an attempt to destroy each other, Lord Supreme Maitreya is quietly reorganizing all the elements to prevent it from happening, and at the same time, tries to find a way to reconnect religions and Human Beings.

The manifestation of a Buddha is very mysterious and deeply Sacred of the Lord Supreme Pure King Buddha in this Saha World as well as the Three Thousand Great Thousand Worlds. Even His closest followers could never comprehend, so how can a normal person understand Him?
“Completely use the Conduct-Vow to eliminate all wishing”
If the practitioners during the Dharma-ending Period realize that the path of Buddha is to resolve the Body, Mind, and Birth-Death, then they should not pray and wish for things to come.
“During the period when the East integrated the West”
During the Dharma-ending Period and the Period of Degeneration, He makes the Eastern and Western World come together and live in peace and harmony, avoiding the destruction of World War III (nuclear war).
“Only one flower empties the deep ocean”
Only Lord Supreme Maitreya is capable of blessing all Human Beings successfully, and only He achieves the Wonderful Result of Bodhisattvahood.
With the Supreme Power in this Dharma-ending Period, He wrote:

The Western paradise is emitting fluorescence
The Eastern Maitreya is now opening the Dharma Teachings.
Using wonderful means to bring the two parallels to the Unique Form.
The Four Species' nightmare is not over.
Interpretation:
I'm coming from the Western Paradise, emitting fluorescence
I' m Returning to the East to pull up the curtain
Integrating the two Directions in concordance to manifest their Form.
Full glory to the safe and joyful nation.
Explanation:
Who can understand ME in this period?
Changing the destiny by integrating the East and the West
Vowing to Consolidates the foundation of the Precious Dharma,
Aiming to save Living Creatures from suffering.
Conversion:
The Heavenly Fairies were happily applauding
While the Land Fairies, knitting their bows, lamented.
Human Beings were astonished by their attitude
While the Bodhisattvas are joyfully laughing
The Three worlds were unceasingly shaking
And I'm sitting on the evenly beautiful Buddha's throne.
Sealed Order:
Human Beings are faithfully seeking for Dharma
But they did not know the Long Hoa and became confused
Here is, precisely, the Nagarjuna secular body.
With the Mind and the Brain of the Fairies, Gods and Deities.
Full Enlightenment is right in your body.
Why are you still wondering and confused?
Don't look for it elsewhere.
What I'm saying is exactly the Buddha's words.
THE 'TINH VUONG'UNIQUE SUPREME PURE KING
IS THE EXACT THE LORD SUPREME MAITREYA, DESCENDED TO THE WORLD (1918-1993)
The Eastern Salvation Period:
During this period, Lord Supreme Maitreya appears, Himself, in a Human Being form as a Layman to guide the True Disciples to return to the True Supreme Present Enlightenment.
The Verse:
The Western Paradise means the Tusita, full of peace and joy in the golden light of the Precious Dharma.
In the Eastern Salvation Period, The Lord Supreme Maitreya is presently opening the Dharma Teachings: He was reborn in the East as a Layman. “Reborn” means The Maitreya is reopening the Dharma Teachings.
He used all the wonderful means to show that the Life and the Dharma are always in parallel, always appearing as the form and the shadow. Though being two, they are truly One. He had flexibly brought Human Beings to a unique way of practice, which is the Enlightenment.
When He started teaching Dharma, the Four Species increased their intensity for competition and killed each other in chaos as they are continuously lived in a nightmare.
The Interpretation:
I'm coming to the West and returning to the East... The Tinh Vuong Supreme Pure King incarnated today is precisely the renouncing Lord Maitreya in the past as the Divine Vehicle (Practicing as a Monk, leaving home). He is now appearing as a Layman to pull up the curtain of ignorance for the erroneous practice of the Dharma-ending Period. He makes it in concordance for Human Beings by using Hearing-Seeing-Knowing in life for practicing Dharma, transforming the Hearing-Seeing-Knowing into the de-attached All-Dharmas. Realizing it, man will be able to live peacefully and happily, the family will be stable, and the nation will be safe and joyful.
The Explanation:
He would go to places to speak of Dharma such as Nha Trang, Qui Nhon, Da Nang, Hue Province and Saigon city, where there were True Disciples. There were also some disciples leaving home to see Him, or reading His Scriptures on the Salvation. They only knew that He was the 'Tinh Vuong' Monk. During His journey, there were no Monks and Nuns who tried to understand what the Dharma of Liberation was. They were not interested in it, and even considered His way of practice as unnecessary and completely strange.
In parallel with His teachings of the Dharma to the surrounding Living Creatures, He also had a difficult Great Vow, which was His determination to use the Buddhas' Precious Dharma to rebuild the Secular World, transporting them from the East to the West, so that they could have a practical way of correcting their nature, dissolving their defective natures, and surmounting the circumstances to get the Enlightened Mind in order to get rid of the suffering, right in every family. No other religious leaders comprehended the need for the whole world transformation in this period.
The conversion:
“The Heavenly Fairies were happily applauding”
Why?
In the Fairy Realm, Heavenly Fairies were observing His returning to the world. Heavenly Fairies were those who lived outside our earth and were very sensible. They were sympathetic, from the past to the future, understanding well the movement and maneuvering of all Dharma, the apparition, or the return. However, they were only inferior to the Bodhisattvas, not yet knowing how the change in their own destiny would resolve the Birth, the Death, the Old Age, and the Suffering.
The Heavenly Fairies see the Universe and people living in peace and safety. During the Final Law, Dharma-ending period, when Hell comes into existence and the suffering karma is widespread, they realize that there is a Great Powerful Maitreya, who would save the Four Species, which is why they applaud happily.
“The Land Fairies are frowning and lamenting”
Why?
The Land Fairies were always inclined to the Middle Life, also called the Gentle Period, in which the Virtue, the Saints, and Sages were highly respected. As the developments of sins from Hell begin to act, the Great Powerful Maitreya had to return to the Secular World by wonderfully manipulating in accordance with the Dharma-ending Period to save all.
As for the Saints, the Sages, and the Bodhisattvas, they are going through the “Universal Door” or “All-Sided One”, the unlimited doors open to a Buddha, or Bodhisattva, meaning that they have to endure the bitterness, disgrace, and harsh punishment, like walking in a Hell hole in order to save all Living Creatures from Suffering. The Land Fairies, who can not understand those practices, lament and weep as they watch the Saints, Sages, and Bodhisattvas suffer those hardships, and then jump to the conclusion that Buddhism is degenerated.
“Human Beings were astonished by their attitude”
Why?
Human Beings' lives are being turned upside down. From the fullness to the Nothingness, from the tranquility to the chaotic, from the unification to the separation, from the happiness to the sadness, and from being in a warm family to becoming homeless and wanderers, Human Beings, as well as the Practitioners, are all imbalanced and disorientated. They are seriously losing their faith in Buddha and run after sins created from Hell, looking toward a new horizon... and everyone is horrified, anxious, bewildered, and adventurous.
“The Bodhisattvas were joyfully laughing'
Why?
The Saints, Sages, and Bodhisattvas who vow to practice the 'All-Sided One', calm and joyful endure the hardship. Saving the “Sufferers” is the Bodhisattvas' source of food. Therefore, they are happy to follow Buddhas' path.
“The Three worlds were ceaselessly shaking”
Why?
They are watching from above, seeing The “Three Worlds”, which are Desire, Form, and Formlessness. These Heavenly Realms see the movements of the Secular World turning into Hell, making them worried and anxious, which also dolorously shake their bodies.
“I'm sitting on the evenly beautiful Buddha's throne”.
Why?
He knows that only the Illusive Scenes of the Secular World and His engagement in this Re-incarnation will definitely attain Him into the Buddhahood.
The Sealed Order:
He has known that Human Beings are now practicing Buddhism in great numbers. Most of them are relying on the preaching of Monks and Nuns in the Temples and the hermitages in the mountains with a faithful wish for Salvation because they are tired of life. He often lamented:
“Those who did not know the Long Hoa became confused”.
These worlds clearly disclose that the Lord Supreme Maitreya had come to the Secular World to open The 'Long Hoa Highness Assembly' and to teach Virtue to all Living Creatures, who are endlessly living in the Ocean of Suffering, and to help them get to the shore of Enlightenment. Everybody (Buddhist Believers) is waiting for Him. But, they never realize His practical way of practicing in this Final Law Period: The Awareness of one's own nature and the elimination of the Dharma Nature. Instead, they are confused by an illusion that 'Someone' will appear after the big explosion of the Seven Mountains (That Son Mountains in Vietnam), according to the Prophecy.
“Here is, precisely, the Nagarjuna secular body”
He is now overtly saying that the Supreme Pure King in this lifetime is the precise Nagarjuna Secular body. The Nagarjuna body in the past is truly and exactly the same body that Lord Supreme Maitreya embodied to appear in this Saha World (the place of good and evil).
“With the mind of the Fairies, Saints and Deities”
Fairies, Saints, and Deities are those who have the more sensible look than that of common people. These spoken words are as clear sighted and conscious as those from the Fairies, Saints, and Deities.
“Complete Enlightenment is precisely the inner Awareness”.
He overtly and continuously says that The Enlightenment is the inner awareness of one's own body and mind. Why would one not realize it, instead of waiting, wishing, and praying from the outside? These are truly the Buddhas' words.

Renouncing thousand ways of pulling up the curtain
Keeping the mind free from impurities to achieve the enlightenment
Buddha descended with two ways of wonderful applications
The second way is “DO”, which will make use of the Secular World
With hundreds of places and thousands of rythymatic ways
To realize the Truth and to free the mind from impurities

Achievement: Complete Enlightenment, complete incarnation of the three periods of Buddhas
The Interpretation:
“I'm coming in this period to restore”
Buddhas' rebirth only brings to Human Beings the direct and complete enlightenment. It is also the Seal of the Three Periods of Buddhas. According to the teaching of the Unique Supreme Pure King, the incarnation of Lord Maitreya, this period is the Final Law Period, and the True Dharma is being overshadowed, dominated by the bad ones. The Practitioners who prefer to make use of the education, the study of Buddhist Sutras, the Appearance, Form, and Sound to seek for the Dharma become Being Enlightened.
He did not create a new religion, but only restored and modified the way of practice, aiming to practice on the path of Liberation through Wisdom, the path of Self-awareness, which is the exact, main idea of the Three Periods of Buddhas.
“Appearing as a layman: Order -Seal Achievement”
He clearly let Human Beings know that He was born as a Layman who practiced at home.
Order: Directly pointing out
Seal: The seal for attestation of the Universe and Man.
Achievement: The complete achievement of the appearance of the Three Periods of Buddhas.
Most of the practitioners today are conducting themselves in such ways that make people think Buddhism is passive. The pagans by their verbose rituals are leading the faithful believers to fanatic practices. They pray and beseech rather than correct their own nature or to create Integrity to dissolve the evil power.
“There are two ways of apparition of the Buddha in the world.”
The “DON'T” way means to renounce then live in a pagoda without a spouse and children, free from family ties. Provided that their minds are clear, and not being polluted by the external factors, they still attain the complete Awareness.
The “DO” way means the Subject of Layman, where one lives in a family with one's spouse and children, with all the hardships of a family life. There is joy and sadness, happiness and suffering, where countless Dharmas proceed and manifest in countless ways throughout one's life. Provided that one's mind is not polluted in getting in and out of the sphere, one still attains the complete Awareness.
Whether practicing as a Layman or away from home, one should always be enlightened if one is practicing on the right path. But He, himself, adopted a family practice (Layman) with His wife and six children, which made those who had left their home practice to live in a temple, feel strange and not believe in Him.
The practitioners who practice by leaving home are also known as “Divine Vehicle”, which represents the Pure practice Sect, mainly based on the Purity for Salvation. However, they have to focus on Believe-Conduct-Vow in the Hearing-Seeing-Knowing, which are countless Dharma, on which to realize and resolve all matters. They gradually realize the Ignorance, are no longer being polluted, and then return to the Purity for complete Awareness.
On the other hand, if one chooses to practice in solidarity or isolation, far from all conflicts, though being pure, one still remains in Isolated Purity, which is a meaningless, dangerous practice, and could never lead to the shore of Enlightenment. Following this isolating manner of practice by avoiding the dirty (Impurity) and choosing the clean (Purity), one would involuntarily have Fairy and Deity Wisdom, and would not be lead to the complete Enlightenment.
All Precious Dharma Institutes of the Phap Tang respectfully make offering Merits to the Lord Supreme Maitreya Buddha by offering to all Buddhist Believers.
When Lord Supreme Maitreya attained Nirvana, Dieu Tue had not yet been enlightened. Her present dharma practice is at the rank of the disciples of the Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva, and all other venerables were also at the rank of disciples of the bodhisattvas.
